SMS Program Description

Krimson Park offers an optional text-message service that allows event guests to receive digital copies of photos taken through the Krimson Park photo booth.

Guests participate by selecting the text-message delivery option on the photo booth screen, entering their mobile phone number, and submitting a request to receive their photo.

Consent to Receive Messages

By entering a mobile phone number and submitting a photo-delivery request, the guest agrees to receive a transactional text message from Krimson Park containing a link to view or download the requested photo.

Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Krimson Park.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the number of photo-delivery requests submitted by the guest. Guests will generally receive one text message for each photo they request by text.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to the guest’s mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

Guests may reply STOP to opt out of receiving additional text messages from Krimson Park. After replying STOP, the guest may receive a confirmation message stating that they have been unsubscribed.

Text-message delivery is subject to mobile carrier availability. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Krimson Park respects the privacy of its guests. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be provided to service providers, including Foto Master and Twilio, only as necessary to operate the photo booth and deliver the requested photo.
